You agree to provide accurate and complete account, billing, and shipping information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to present accurate images and descriptions, but colors or appearances may differ slightly due to screen or printing variations.
We do not guarantee that any product will meet personal expectations or appear exactly as shown online.
Descriptions and prices may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit availability at our discretion.

2A – Made-to-Order & Natural Variations

Most physical items are made to order through our print partner. Minor variations in color, crop, or placement can occur due to printing tolerances and material differences; these are not considered defects.

2B – Final Sale Items

Gift cards, custom commissions, and digital products (including Reiki sessions, downloads, and digital talismans) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

3A – Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, orders are automatically sent to production and changes or cancellations are no longer possible, as each item is made to order through our print provider.

 

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import duties unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge all applicable amounts.
You warrant that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

 

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

5A – Split Shipments & Tracking

Orders may ship in multiple packages. Tracking will be provided for each shipment when available.

5B – Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5C – Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears delayed or lost, first contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If the carrier confirms loss—or tracking shows no movement for 30 days (domestic) / 45 days (international)—contact us at grimoire@stonesoup.info.
We’ll review your case and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Stone Soup Grimoire.
