Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.
Digital products and Reiki sessions are delivered instantly via download or email.

✶ Shipping Time (After Production)

• United States: 5–10 business days
  
• International: 2–4 weeks

Calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately.

✶ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact grimoire@stonesoup.info within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), contact us for review.
