✶ Made-to-Order & Digital Items
All made-to-order products (including art prints, apparel, and home goods) are created individually for you once your order is placed.
Digital downloads and Reiki-infused audio sessions are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
Please review product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
✶ Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged:
– Please email grimoire@stonesoup.info within 14 days of delivery.
– Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
✶ Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.
✶ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
If no tracking movement occurs for 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), contact us at grimoire@stonesoup.info, and we’ll do our best to assist.
✶ Final Sale Items
Gift cards, custom commissions, and digital talismans are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
